Justice Deferred is Justice Denied

This site provides a repository for cataloging failures of the United States Justice System to properly investigate and prosecute criminal activity. JusticeDeferred.org (JDO) is not affiliated with any law enforcement agency, but is meant to create a meaningful and organized repository of actions (at the local, state, and national level) that have either not been prosecuted, or for which the perpetrators have been pardoned or given inappropriately lenient sentences.
The JusticeDeferred.org manifesto:
- Justice Deferred is Justice Denied.
- All people, whether citizens of the United State of America or otherwise, deserve the protections of the U.S. Constitution and the legal system.
- Injustice is not limited to one group, one class of people, one type of crime, or one political party.
- Vigilante justice is abhorrent to our mission. While the systems of justice are imperfect, vigilantism is never the answer.
- DOXXING (exposing individuals personal details, addresses, contact information) is strictly forbidden. Any information should be based on minimal public record to uniquely identify accused individuals.
- Violence is abhorrent to our mission. Civil discourse is the only method by which a society may continue and thrive.
- Information on this site is sourced from reputable news outlets and publicly available documents. Information should never originate from JDO, articles should always cite their sources.
